John Franco is CEO of Senegal Software. John’s experience ranges from start-up to Fortune 1000 companies across multiple vertical markets including IT, banking, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and contact centers. His extensive background spans across North America, EMEA and Latin America. Spanning a career of more than 21 years, John has helped his companies and clients alike successfully navigate complex business challenges through the assessment and implementation of sales and service best practices, effective application of technology, and human capital development.
Prior to Senegal, John was Executive Vice President of Sales and Service for Connect First, Inc. John’s expertise also includes management consulting as exemplified in his partnership role with Performance Methods, Inc., where he combined real-world experience with PMI’s proven processes to assist clients with designing, developing and delivering such programs as Executive Level Positioning, Management Coaching, Strategic Account Management, Customer-Specific Value Propositions, Collaborative Planning, and Sales Process Design. Client engagements included projects with global leaders like Telefonica, Panasonic, and Johnson & Johnson.
John also serves as a business mentor with ATDC (AtlantaTechnology Development Center) where he works with entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors to provide guidance in the areas of sales and marketing. John currently serves on the board of Feel Beautiful Today.org and has been a board member with SOCAP’s GA Chapter. John is passionate about contributing to business, technology, youth, and social causes that make a true difference in the world.
