Shelly Justice has an entrepreneurial spirit spanning over 26 years that has propelled several companies to financial success. While working in Italy in her early 20’s, Shelly created the concept for CMT Agency. Recognizing how business and tradeshow markets were evolving, she identified the need for spokesmodels and professional talent to seamlessly become the extension to a company’s sales and marketing team.
In 2001, she launched CMT Agency (global event & Tradeshow staffing) with $1,000 and a will to succeed. In 2014 , she launched Salt Model & Talent, a full service model and talent agency which includes fashion, runway, commercial and commercial print. In 2015, she launched, Senegal Software, the first fully integrated, end-to-end event staffing management platform. Senegal is based on her 18 years of industry experience and numerous platforms built for CMT Agency.
Contributing time and money, Shelly is an active member of Atlanta’s philanthropic community. She served as the Co-Chair of The Many Lives You’ve Touched Program, which benefits the Georgia committee member for ACC (Atlanta Charity Clays), committee member for the American Cancer Society’s “ Tee It up Fore Life” fundraiser, committee member and host for the Sandy Springs Benevolent fall event fundraiser. She tries to spread her time between many different charities.
